Ethics and transparency

Each member of the firm carries out his work in strict compliance with the legislative and regulatory framework governing lobbying activities, and in particular:

- The code of conduct of the European inter-institutional agreement.
- The rules of ethics defined by the French law n° 2016-1691 called "Sapin II".
- The code of conduct of the SEAP (Society of European Affairs Professionals).
- The code of ethics of theAFCL (Association Française des Conseils en Lobbying et Affaires Publiques).
- The rules of ethics established within the group.

In compliance with its rules, ARCTURUS GROUP is registered :

- The European Commission's Transparency Register.
- In the Directory of Interest Representatives of the French HATVP (Haute Autorité pour la Transparence de la Vie Publique).
- In the Register of Lobbies for the representation of interests vis-à-vis the Bundestag and the German Federal Government.
- In the Register of Lobbies of the Belgian Federal Chamber.
