Data: personal data of a User within the meaning of the Applicable Legislation, in particular: name and surname, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, registration number for the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises and VAT, IP address, place of connection, occupation, diplomas, functions, gender, titles, data relating to the property offered (address, district, area), including photographs.
DPO : the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Manager. Applicable Law:Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and to the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, the social, tax and accounting legislation, and any measure implementing these provisions or any other legally binding text replacing these legal instruments.

The present policy of protection of personal data guarantees to the Users wishing to consult the Internet Site of the Responsible for the collection and treatment of their Data in accordance with the legislation in force.
By communicating the Data to the Responsible Party, the User acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted the present personal data protection policy. The collection and processing of the Data is necessary, in particular, for the purposes set out in Article 3 of this policy.
The Website uses cookies to improve and facilitate your navigation. These cookies make it possible to record certain data such as the choice of language, the display of the cookie usage message, the session, the connection information, the shopping cart and the presence of purchases in the cart, and Google Analytics data for tracking visits to the site. They also provide information and advertisements that may be of interest to you. The Manager declares and guarantees to the Users that their Data are collected in a fair and lawful manner. The Data collected by the Manager, regardless of the medium used and including mobile devices, are those that are necessary in order to consult the Website, contact the Manager and possibly leave a comment. The Data collected by the Manager will allow him to:
- Contact the Users (newsletter, news related to the general conditions, privacy policy, answer to the Users' requests, etc.))
- To develop its activity by analyzing information (for example, statistics), in order to provide a better service to Users;
- To respond to comments left by Users;
- To establish, execute and terminate assignments related to our services;
- To make evaluations and decisions on the terms of our engagement;
- To carry out customer relationship management;
- To provide our services and improve the quality of our services.
It is possible that the Manager may also collect data of a non-personal nature. These data are qualified as non-personal data because they do not allow you to be identified (directly or indirectly). This data may therefore be used for any purpose whatsoever, for example to improve the operation of the Website, the Services offered by the Manager or its partners.
In the event that non-personal data is combined with Data in such a way that it is possible to identify the persons concerned, this data will be treated as Data until it is impossible to match it with a particular person. Data may be used for direct marketing purposes. In this case, Users may object to the processing of their Data in accordance with Article 4.
The Data will not be communicated to third parties who are not bound by a contract or a commercial relationship with the Responsible. If there is a contract and/or commercial relationship, the data will only be communicated within the limits of what is provided for in the contract or necessary for the commercial relationship. In the event that the Data is communicated to commercial partners and/or subcontractors, the Responsible Party undertakes to ensure that these intermediaries comply with all the provisions of this policy. The Data may also be communicated to a judicial or administrative authority if such communication is required and within the limits of what is necessary to respond to the request of the authority in question.
Upon receipt, the Responsible Party undertakes to update the Data held so that it remains correct and current. The Responsible will keep the Data for a period not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes described in article 3, taking into account the requirements of the Applicable Legislation. This data will be made available to Users at their first request. They will not exceed a period of 10 years.
Users have the rights specified in this section to exercise control over their Data. Users may request information from the Manager about the Data held, the purpose for which it is held, and the processing carried out. In particular, Users have the following rights:
- The right to obtain a copy of the Data collected and processed;
- The right to erase or rectify the Data;
- The right to object to or limit the processing of the Data;
- The right to Data portability.
Once the User's request has been received, the Manager undertakes to respond as soon as possible. In particular, if the User makes a request relating to the above-mentioned rights, the Manager undertakes to comply with the instructions given within 1 month of receipt of the request.
The Manager undertakes to ensure the security of the Data collected by ensuring, in particular, that the number of persons having access to this Data is limited to what is deemed necessary by the Manager in order to fulfil its purposes. The Responsible Party also undertakes to put in place the measures it deems necessary in order to fight against possible intrusions by third parties or undesirable persons. The Responsible Party shall not be held responsible for the consequences that may arise from failures and omissions that are caused by the User. In the event that the Data is communicated to commercial partners and/or subcontractors, the Manager undertakes to ensure that these intermediaries take measures to ensure the security of the Data.
The Responsible is entitled to modify, unilaterally and at any time, the present data protection policy. Should it be modified, the new policy will be sent to the Users. Users may object by exercising the rights provided for in Article 5. The policy was last revised on November 7, 2022.
